Deposits Payable:
To confirm your reservation, deposits must be paid no later than 72 hours after receiving our fax or e-mail.
A 50% deposit is payable for bookings made longer than 30 days prior to date of arrival and balance 30 days prior to arrival.
Full payment is payable for bookings made less than 30 days prior to date of arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: This reservation will be kept for 72 hours only and will be cancelled automatically if not confirmed. Booking becomes valid once proof of 50% deposit payment has been received.
Billing:
Payment may be made either by internet banking or by direct transfer into our Bank account.
Regrettably, no cheques other than bank guaranteed.
Credit cards are accepted (ID required)
Cancellation Policy:
- 15 - 30 days prior to arrival forfeit 30% of total accommodation cost.
- 8 - 14 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of total accommodation cost.
- 0 - 7 days prior to arrival, cancellation or earlier departure forfeit 100% of total accommodation cost.
* All cancellations must be received in writing.
